PA, USA		 AFAIK, the Verizon website e-mail interface is text only.

Damascus, MD		 Thanks KachiWachi - that was what I was looking for. Too bad Verizon support doesn't know that. I had a feeling that email was being displayed as text only. I think my friend's solution is to install an email client and use Verizon's POP server.
