security prob??

There is constantly an Autoplay window running on my computer... if i hit cancel it comes back on. any idea or anyone know what this is? or how to check what this is?

the problem exists in a computer of a freind of mine..

that comp has ran adaware and spybot... but problem still persists

i formatted it a while back and the autoplay still came back... havnt had any ideas about it until now when i decided to post in forum...

the autoplay pops up and runs and then goes away ... it comes and goes a lot..

thats the best explaination i could give...

after reading bunch of sites.. i am assuming it could have came from a usb drive??

I used A2 squared software to detect any malware but no luck. It didn't find anything.

I can't even find the autoplay.exe file... it doesnt exist but the autoplay still happens.

Any suggestions?

What brand of computer is involved?

If it is an HP computer it is found here:
C:hp\bin\ folder as AUTOPLAY.exe

When searching for the file be sure you have the settings checked to search all files and folders as well as hidden files and folders.
