He basically blames this anty ISP reaction on pirates and simply chooses to ignore the positive uses of P2P as i described in my post. A troll is a troll.

Constantly repeating a baseless accusation doesn't make it true. But many here think that if they yell loud enough and long enough it somehow will become true.
