And aside from any iPhone 2.0 & iTunes problems, the mandated in-store activation has created large lines at the Apple stores slowing day one sales quite a bit.
Also, those users upgrading their original iPhones to the 2.0 firmware are being bricked at a prodigious rate. Seems the last step of an iPhone 1 upgrade is to connect to the App store to complete activation of the upgrade. Problem is that the App store is buried and can't keep up.
