Absolutely totally stinks!  They've devalued their entire Internet offering and of course haven't lowered the price to compensate.
Quite a reversal, too, from a few years ago and the launch of "BellSouth newsgroups" to reaffirm being committed to offering newsgroup service with DSL. |

This is upsetting as it appears that in the filter process, they are getting rid of LEGITIMATE newsgroups.
I decided this was enough, so I joined Newsdemon as my Newsgroups provider now.
For all of you that are interested, they're offering 15% off FOR LIFE for anyone that is interested as an ATT/Comcast/Time Warner refugee.

At&t will not be my ISP much longer.. I will cancel all service with them at the end of the month and will be shutting my home phone off, Also I will soon shut down my cellular service with them in protest! Hope it was worth it At&t... |
