Wolfie00 : I never had any problems with the Sony phone while cruising on my friend's boat through the Georgian Bay / North Channel / Killarney Park area, with the exception of dead zones around Baie Fine where the mountains blocked the signal, and the service was definitely analog. Mind you, the last time we were up there was probably about four or five years ago. I also have no recollection of any kind of notice or pressure from Telus to upgrade, but I might have forgotten. Anyway, I've never had any issues with the dear old Sony except for the charging connector becoming loose and unstable. :)
--
"Until he extends his circle of compassion to include all living things, man will not himself find peace" -- Dr. Albert Schweitzer
"A dog is like a child who never grows old ... always there to love and be loved" -- Aaron Katcher
