They were horrible. Their customer service sucked, reliability was horrible and then after delisting from the BBB and a sweet weekend long outage we were met with a hefty junk fee increase.
And the shame is, before they vacuumed up all the Sunrocket subs and poured on the junk fees service was decent. |

| I tried them for a few weeks. They made Vonage look good.
We're trialing these guys at work for possible resale: »www.onsip.com/
I've been happy with that and the pricing actually works out cheaper than vonage unless you use more than a few thousand minutes/month. It's a BYOA plan, but they gave me a Polycom for testing - very nice phone, much better than the Cisco garbage our other reseller pushed on us. |

| reply to Dogfather I'm currently a customer in my second year, I own a Sipura 2002 and can honestly say that following Sun Rocket melt down things have gotten much, much better. I thankfully have not had to call customer service since the night I sat on hold for 6 hours and ended up being hung up on. That was the closest I ever came to just telling them to shove it. -- Retaking our country one election at a time. |
