Morin.<br><br>Bell admits it&#146;s, &#147;also in receipt&#148; of 25 comments from such as Google and Per Vices, the company which also provided a way for people to get around Bell&#146;s bandwidth throttling &#147;traffic management&#148; actions. The complete list is in the document below.<br><br>Dear Mr Morin, it says >>><br><br>Subject: Application requesting certain orders directing Bell Canada to cease and desist from &#147;throttling&#148; its wholesale ADSL Access Services<br><br>In accordance with the Commission staff letter of 19 June 2008 and Bell Canada&#146;s (or the Company&#146;s) letter of 9 July 2008, the Company is hereby filing its Answer to the CAIP Application dated 3 April 2008.<br><br>Sent in yesterday, it&#146;s a day late &#151;- Bell asked for, and was granted, an extension &#151;- and considerably more than the dollar short.
