As of 12:30pm EDT 7/12/2008 calls to 866-925-8282 are not going through. When I dial and wait for a few seconds, I don't get any ring tone or anything but if I start talking I can hear myself back with a one to two second delay ! I started trying from 12 and gave up after half an hour. BTW, I needed to make that call so I used my Sprint Cellphone and the call went through fine. Also, I'm able to call a bunch of other numbers (800 as well as toll) without a problem from my Viatalk phone.
Hope Brendan is listening. I wish there is a quick way to report such problems. I tried calling support but there were 14 people ahead of me and I was not about to waste my Saturday on hold with Viatalk.
