I tried them for a few weeks. They made Vonage look good.

I've been happy with that and the pricing actually works out cheaper than vonage unless you use more than a few thousand minutes/month. It's a BYOA plan, but they gave me a Polycom for testing - very nice phone, much better than the Cisco garbage our other reseller pushed on us.
