I'm currently a customer in my second year, I own a Sipura 2002 and can honestly say that following Sun Rocket melt down things have gotten much, much better. I thankfully have not had to call customer service since the night I sat on hold for 6 hours and ended up being hung up on. That was the closest I ever came to just telling them to shove it. -- Retaking our country one election at a time. |
