when the tech comes to install my internet and cable will he intall a cable jack if needed or is that something i need to do ahead of time? i want anothe jack installed on an inside wall. my second question is will they install on an inside wall? i could have sworn i read here they only install on outside walls but now i cant find it again.
id also like to say im pretty excited about switching to twc. i just moved and im coming from dsl. thanks guys
p.s. one more thing the inside wall isnt finished on the opposite side so it would be fairly easy to do. |

| When I had TWC at my other home, i was just getting basic cable installed.
At this time, I needed another jack as well in another area of the home. The technician however will not be doing that at all. They will send out another kind of maintenance truck for that, where they can either do wall fishing or dig up somewhere in your yard if need be. They CAN install it inside a wall, or they can run it from the outside of the home, and drill a hole to the inside.
As far as cost goes, I'm not sure how much it is. But I know it's not free. |

When I got twc roadrunner, I also had to get a cable jack in my room, they ran it from outside and drilled a hole in my wall. Unfortunately, that is another appointment, so u should call and schedule it. I think they charge about $20 bucks per room, well at least in my area. |

i called and they said installing the jack wouldnt be a problem. so they should be prepared to when they arrive. thanks again |
