At this time, I needed another jack as well in another area of the home. The technician however will not be doing that at all. They will send out another kind of maintenance truck for that, where they can either do wall fishing or dig up somewhere in your yard if need be. They CAN install it inside a wall, or they can run it from the outside of the home, and drill a hole to the inside.

As far as cost goes, I'm not sure how much it is. id also like to say im pretty excited about switching to twc. i just moved and im coming from dsl. thanks guys
