I have a headset attached to my computer.

Can I use the modem in the computer to answer phone calls and talk?
Would this require some other program?

I am not talking about using online phone service.
Just a land-line telephone line plugged into the computer modem.

I expect it would need to be a Voice modem.
Do I need to have the headset plugged into jacks ON the modem or will it work to be plugged into the sound card ports?
