Elmhurst, NY | Pricing... All you people who complain about the BD price - do you all forget how much the players and software for DVDs were when they came out? My first DVD player was a Pioneer that cost $450 - and that was when the prices started to fall since they were more expensive a little while before then. DVDs were in the $30-$50 range. Prices will come down - they all eventually do.
That being said, some people like it and some people don't. I think it's totally fine for people who don't buy into the BD stuff since it's too expensive and they can't tell a difference, but I think some of you who can't resist saying that people who DO buy into it like to waste their money on overpriced media are being asses. Don't criticize other people to try to make up and justify your own opinion. That makes you seem unsure of your own opinion in the first place. |
