2. A web site of girls (I'm assuming 12 or younger) in bathing suits and underwear isn't child porn, however it's not a website I would look at 24/7, not my cup of pee.
3. Jcpenny mags, I'm assuming the ads with little girls in their bathing suits or panties, not child porn, just advertisment, not my cup of pee either, in fact the only thing I notice is the Best Buy or Circuit City ads. |

You might want to cite sources for those allegations.
Child porn involves children under the age of 18 engaging in sexual acts or posing nude in sexually provocative poses/positions.
The picture of child nude is NOT child pornography.
The picture of child in a bathing suit or lingerie is NOT child pornography. they must be engaged in a sexual act or suggestive of a sex act.
Sure its an ugly fine line and i find it repugnant that many get close but never cross and can get away with it but its the law and for what its worth it does work.
There are MANY legal sites that have children under the age of 18 in lingerie and swim suits that are highly suggestive BUT not nude and NOT posing in sexual positions.
I don't see these AG's going after them...why? cause they are perfectly legal. offensive to many, but perfectly legal. |
