Bell Canada's 'Innovation' is similar to someone fixing a bicycle tire with a glue gun and duct tape. Sure ... its innovative, it works, and ITS CHEAP. Is it proper... not really Will it work in a pinch .. sure Is it safe ... who knows - the tire isn't balanced and the wheel doesn't ride smooth.
