Shooting For A Cause: Photobook Poll

Our last thread regarding the photobook portion of Shooting For A Cause was inconclusive. Given the options, however, I feel that LuLu.com is the best fit.

When it comes to the photobook, we have a couple of options. We can have a softcover book or a hard cover book. Or we could do one of each. Both books would have the same dimensions (8.5x11). The hardcover would be "Casewrap" and the softcover would be "perfect bound." We would likely wind up with a 69 page book, so the hard cover book would be $50.45 + the NCMEC donation + LuLu's commission (25% of the NCMEC donation). The soft cover book would be $10 less.

Assuming we set the NCMEC donation at $10, this would mean that the final price of the hard cover book would be $62.95 and the final price of the soft cover book would be $52.95. Expensive, yes, but remember that you're getting 4 calendars worth of photos (48) plus 16 extras (4 per calendar). (The remaining 5 pages are title pages.)

So here's the poll question:

What type of photobook should we offer?
Both Hard Cover and Soft Cover 10 (43.4%)
Hard Cover 8 (34.7%)
Soft Cover 5 (21.7%)
23 participants.

Quick bump. I'll close this poll on Monday and will post a second poll regarding pricing.

Ok, it looks like we're going to do both Hard Cover and Soft Cover versions.
