[iPhone] App Store Wishlist

What are the apps/games/utilities that you wish make it to the App Store?

Here's my wishlist so far:

FTP client (not for transferring files, but for checking if things are uploaded)
Windows Remote Desktop
Apple Remote Desktop (Or any VNC)
IRC client.

How would that work, since there is no user-accesible on-device storage on the iPhone? Or you want to access DB's on a corporate network?

I guess where some of my surprise is (for missing apps at launch) would be with Apple. They can crank out an app like Remote and yet they don't have an iPhone version of iChat.

I would agree with others here that some sort of voice dialing is needed, but the technical obstacles might be too much with the current software/hardware.

Yeah, a voice dialer.

An app to enable the camera to have video capabilities (capture, e-mail, contacts etc...)

A way to sync Notes with computer.

I have some friends with blackberrys that will not get a iPhone simply based on it not having a voice dialing feature.

I never use such but I guess some people do.

Remote desktop app would be so sweet.

Syncing with my Mac, just as it works on my Treo.

Info is typed into FM Pro my Mac and is synced to my Treo via FMSync, to JFile (a Palm OS database program).

There is now a Free VNC client for the iPhone: »justanotheriphoneblog.com/wordpr···p-store/

I tried it for a while and it worked pretty well. Easy to connect to my iMac and not too hard to control my desktop.

There no on-device storage? How do games save high-scores? How does mail save downloads?

There's no user-accessible storage, where you can choose where to save things. Everything gets stored in pre-defined places by the respective apps.

an entertainment software that is similar to a Harmony. Just think, we can purchase ipod touches for the home entertainment center and also have an ipod.

My most sought after app would be one that lets me download files from the internet and transfer them to a PC via home network.
