I never use such but I guess some people do.

Info is typed into FM Pro my Mac and is synced to my Treo via FMSync, to JFile (a Palm OS database program). -- Fight the Smears |

I tried it for a while and it worked pretty well. Easy to connect to my iMac and not too hard to control my desktop.
