Right now Clearwire is running a pre WiMax setup with speeds around 2megs. Once WiMax is deployed we will have speeds up to 15megs at full highway speeds. Yes, you will soon be able to pull 15megs at 65mph on the highway.

The devices will be capable of 15Mbps+ but the backhaul won't be there to deliver that much to every user. Expected mobile WiMAX performance is 2-4Mbps per user with maybe peaks to 6Mbps or so.
