You have a short amount of time to look. SA set tops go to the General settings for each of the boxes and check for past pending and purchased. This is your only shot of finding out what box has ordered. Once the box is polled that info is gone.

On a side note. You can always request to have the Credit set to zero on your account, this will keep any box on the account from ever ordering.

If you have VOD and the credit is zeroed out, the VOD will probably stop working also. A call to to call center should be able to get you the titles and times that ppv was ordered, and the boxes should have the ability to put in a purchase control code on each of the boxes.

Better yet, activate the parental controls and put a PIN on your box for VOD and PPV purchases.

If you're lucky enough to call Charter and get someone who knows how to use the billing system, you can look at a PPV order and find the serial number of the digital box that placed the order.
