tax rate freeze for wireless

The combined rate in New York State has been over 22% for 7 years. While that is bad, landlines in New York state have been over 24% for the same period. Too bad they are only talking about a freeze and not a cut. That's what we really need, is a tax cut. And that would include the taxes that the provider claims are 'not a tax'. Who's policing these idiots, anyway?
