| Verizon repair service in central Florida stinks I gotta vent so here goes. I was (still am) having trouble getting incoming calls. It would ring once and then end. I set the appointment up for last Friday. The tech came out on Friday morning and after checking at the interface he said the trouble was down the road. Being a retired phone man I assumed he meant it was in a slc or some kind of carrier and he would refer it to that group. It was suppose to be fixed by 5:30 that evening. Here comes around 6:00 pm on Saturday and still not working and by this time there is no dial tone. I called verizon repair and they said ,yes, it was in the carrier but that group doesn't work on weekends. I asked what about when they had the ticket on Friday afternoon and his reply was there must have been trouble tickets ahead of you. It was rescheduled to be working by Monday at around 4:30. Come to find out they have referred it to the C.O. Could it have been in the C.O. all along? Maybe. This is extremely lousy service.
