| Thanks Billing Department! Awesome story here! I called last month to lower my broadband plan to 3/768. I got the bill and it was still billing for the faster speeds.
I called today and they double checked and saw I had called to downgrade, but nobody ever did the downgrade. I was then disconnected, I thought I had been hung up on, but no! They called right back!!
They said they were sorry and would give me a $35 courtesy credit! That brought my bill down from $70 to $30!
This is really a great billing department!!! |
