Don't you think that they would be able to tell in my account, that I already have an open order for a Tech for TOMORROW, as well as an open order for a Line Crew???!?!?!?
For a COMMUNICATIONS company, they certainly don't communicate within their own corporation well.
$100 says that I get two techs scheduled to come out to my house now.
To be totally honest, at this point, I really don't know exactly what it is that I expect from them. Are they going to FIX my problem after three years off-and-on? I would love for that to happen, but I am not holding my breath. I just want someone to give me a straight answer. -- "What happens when the clock reaches 999?"........ "Nothing. You just suck." |
