nnaarrnn : Please pat them on the back for me! Everything seems great. I will jump on sometime this week if I get any free time and play a game, but everything seems better now. The Wii will stay connected to Nintendo's Service, the Vista Media Center seems to buffer/download MSNvideo content a bit snappier, and I'm not getting any lag in any remote desktop sessions to my office, or any other of my clients for that matter.

Thanks again to you and the team, and I will post back to this thread any praises/complaints I have this week.

Pete Abel : Glad to hear it. While you give Leon and I the credit, it was the team that fixed this -- and while I won't list them all by name, at least in aggregate I wanted to give them a hat-tip on a job well done. Do keep us posted.

nnaarrnn : Well, I guess persistence is what it takes. I'm getting 12-13mbit downloads, and a consistent 15-17mbit download on THIER test servers. They did an upgrade last night at the head-end, and it seems to have fixed me. I was also given a credit quite a bit larger than I expected, which just shows me that they're willing to go above and beyond for you if you talk to the right people. Thanks to Pete Abel for getting the local guys on their toes and thanks to the local guy "Leon", things seem peachy now. I will monitor this this week, play some games and what not, and report back next weekend.
