No, NetFlix will be in addition to MS own service.

XBL only has 400 movies anyways. Not really even that many. Some of them on the list can't be downloaded anymore. why they still are on the list I'm not sure.

Great, we know you love the PS3. How many movies can you download from the PS3 store or whatever they have?

Listen jerk someone was saying netflix was pointless because MS already had movies on XBL and there weren't that many for Netflix anyways. That has nothing to do with the PS3. I was pointing out the XBL doesn't have that many movies to begin with so Netflix is on fact an added value. So enough hate fanboi.

By the way the PS3 is in fact coming out with movie downloads. In either case I'd rather get them from Amazon unbox and stream them to my Tv via the 360 or PS3.

Since I have never tried nor know anyone that has ever had a PS3, I have no idea what they offer for movie downloads. So before you start spouting off venom, it was a question. I have ZERO idea what the PS3 offers for DLC etc.

Cools the jets a bit, tiger.

Then you should have pointed that out because your original post came off just heated as his.

"I know you love the PS3" vs "listen jerk" are a bit different and I hardly came across as heated.

After looking at some of BF69's posts after his heated reply, I find it commical he is calling someone else a "fanboi" as he puts it. Maybe he should look in the mirror.

Sorry I don't own a PS3 I do however have a XBOX 360 in the house. So that does make me qualified to discuss about XBOX 360 features. How can you make comments on the PS3 and admit not knowing anything about it? See at least when I comment on something it is based on some actual KNOWLEDGE of the thing being discussed.

But you were making assumption about the PS3 which you ADMIT you know nothing about. And if you own a 360 and get on XBL you know I am 100% correct in saying they only have 400 movies. You also know that I am correct that Netflix ADDS much more content and is not "pointless". If you understood CONTEXT I wasn't even bashing the 360 or propping up the PS3 I was disagreeing with the poster who claimed that Netflix added nothing to XBL since XBL already had movies. I disagree with that point of view and 99.99% of Xbox 360 owners would agree with me.

I must have mis-read your post then. My bad.
