pitroad01 : On a recent visit to my sister-in-laws home in eastern NC, she had just purchased a new HD TV and was having Charter come out to swap out the cable box. She had complained about the lack of service they received from charter and I was surprised as I expected all cable companies provided about the same level of customer service. I have always been happy with Time-Warner in central NC. Anyway she was out when the 'Service Technician' arrived ..... what a joke .... I'm a male and was reluctant to let this guy in the house. Pants below his butt, he spoke in a way that made it very hard to understand him. His ability was that of a person trained to plug and play only. What a representative for a company to send ! After waiting 30 minutes for a signal he finally realized that the box must be called in to the office. What a joke, he wanted to borrow my cell phone to call his office. He called and after 30 minutes someone finally helped him out. Wow ..... I have had my issues with TW but almost feel blessed to live where I do now.
