With BT's past track record, people in the UK take it with a grain of salt. Granted, *IF THEY DO WHAT THEY SAID IN THE PR* it will be good for the people. People are just skeptical of them doing what they said.

The part about allowing wholesale access to the network is very welcome news. Something we surely could use here.
