SMCWBR14-G2 Recovering tool help.

While flashing my router it appeared to be frozen up so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now when I try to access my router it go's to recovering tool. I don't understand which version of firmware I need to recover it because it says incorrect firmware version or model mismatch with the ones I have tried. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know where I can find the original firmware that came on the router? Thanks

Re: SMCWBR14-G2 Recovering tool help.

Hi,

Visit SMC's support site and download firmware for your model and upload this firmware from your recovery tool.

This will be OK.

You can get the download for SMCWBR14-G2, just download the firmware applicable for the part number of your router.
