| I have installed, with good results, two of the following cards on different computers, both of which are using VersaLink 327Ws:

The drivers and configuration utility on the CD that come with the card both work with XP, up through SP2. However, if you have SP3 installed, the included configuration utility will not work (with SP3), but the drivers will work with SP3.
If you have SP3 installed, you can just install the drivers from the CD (not the configuration utility) and then use the built-in Windows configuration utility.
After you install the card, you can download updated drivers from the Internet. Just use the "Update driver" option in Device Manager. That process will automatically find and install the updated driver for you.
After you install the card, Windows will "find new hardware." You direct the installer to the WinXP drivers on the CD that comes with the card. Windows will install the card and make the Windows built-in configuration available automatically. It's that simple.
