Help silence my PC

I have a Lian-LI PC-A05b and sometimes there is a vibration in the front panel or hard drives Any help with this?

Besides that I have 2 hard drives and a 90mm CPU cooler which seems to run at 1000rpm and isn't loud but can someone recomend some 120mm fans that are silent and use a 4-pin PWM connector? Ideally I would want a stronger fan for the intake and a weaker fan for the exhaust but they must be silent and PWM. Does such a thing exist?

Perhaps the vibration is coming from the hard-drives? If so - there is this CD-Rom sized mount with rubber bands - suspends the hard drive - reducing vibrations (and noise) ...

Though if it's the fan - I don't know

For me there was play between the front panel and the chassis. So I took some electical tape and put tape on the chassis in the front. But would be hidden when I put the front panel on.
