New "Asterisk Links" Don't Account for Screen Resolution

Click for full size
At least in IE 6 (have to use it for work), the screen brought up by the new "asterisk link" next to user names in topic titles doesn't seem to take into account screen resolution.

Most of the links show up like the picture above for me, or with only a letter or two visible on the edge of the screen, and it takes multiple clicks and dragging on the "Click Drag" link to move it over enough to see anything. If that's staying, is it possible to have it autoadjust to screen resolution like other pages do?
