Re: Throttled down to 5Kb/sec. Help! Unfortunately, there might not be anything you can do about that. Putting on encryption doesn't seem to make a difference as uTorrent is pretty successfully throttled by Bell. If you've tried the new 1.8 version and that doesn't make a difference, you could try a different program, such as Azureus, BitTornado, or Deluge (the middle one seems to work best for me - but it seems to be different for everyone).
Try a few new bit torrent clients out and see what happens. |
