Re: Teksavvy Web Page I would imagine that's on the to-do list, since they've "finished" the new bandwidth tracker (just getting the bugs worked out now) Having an automated system would save many calls to the office and speed things up for the user (can be done when no one is at the office, like at 3am) |

This was easily the largest upgrade we have ever done.
The bw-tracker is on hold while we wait for equipment to come in for our new SAN. Once that's up we can start putting the final pieces in place and really fix things once and for all. -- TSI Marc - TekSavvy Solutions Inc. |

On another note, will the new accounting system allow custom discounts, so that unlimited users can now join groups? I was told that the reason my friend (Unlimited) couldn't join my group (5 premium, I believe) was that there was no way to have a $1 group discount in the old accounting system.
So instead, I get a $1 referral from him, and theoretically give that back to him each month. |

I haven't had a look at accounting for referrals yet. It will be looked at but it's low on the list right now. It's for sure possible to do just about anything with the new setup. It's a matter of time and resources. -- TSI Marc - TekSavvy Solutions Inc. |
