 WGR614v8 Invalid Filename for Firmware

I have a WGR614v8 and I recently downloaded the newest firmware version 1.1.11 from the following site.

»kbserver.netgear.com/products/wgr614v8.asp

I downloaded the North American file, but when I try to upgrade the router firmware on the Router Upgrade page, I get the following error message.

"Invalid filename was provided, please enter again."

Has this happened to anyone with this firmware?? I have been able to upgrade my firmware in the past without any problems. Thanks

Are you using firefox 3, by any chance. I had this same problem but it worked when I used internet explorer.

Yeap, I am using Firefox 3. I tried it with IE after reading your post and it worked fine. Thanks for the tip.
