Look into Sockscap.
So why do you need to proxy?

Grapevine, TX		 I'm needing to hide my IP, now I know certain programs allow you to connect through proxy servers, but the program I'm needing this for doesn't provide an area for a proxy entry. Can anybody help? Thanks.
