In addition, Bell makes the claim that their network can't handle the current load and thats why they are throttling.
If they can't handle the current network load now how the f*ck are they going to handle an increase to 16-meg?
The throttle will be 24/7, congested and very high latency.
Whats will be throttled next? Utube?
I would stay far far away from this since Bell themselves claim their network can't handle what they currently have. |
