Hello,
I use a Cisco 851 (current IOS 12.4(15)T6) at home, and have been very pleased with its performance. My old Netgear 318 FVG didn't even come close to the performance of this Cisco 851 and can say for sure that it will exceed the 5mbps on download.

You will be very happy getting a Cisco 851.
