If your talking about beetles that are about 1/4 inch long and are an irredecent green, you probably have Japanese beetles. I have done everything from the lawn treatments(they start out as grubs in the ground, the soap spray everyday and the bug bags(filled up 4 of these last summer - the hold 4000 bugs a piece!). Nothing seems to work, since there are just too many of them for anything to be effective. The have just about killed my purple plum tree by eating off all the leaves. |

Nothing seems to work, My wife's roses have those. I am talking about those beige ones. That congregate near lights at night.
BTW the Japanese bettles are doing a job on the roses. I too have sprayed,etc,etc... I am trying to attract tons of bird and it is helping. |
