| Web sites are being redirected....help please....
Hey all. I have been having some trouble with my internet explorer, when I search for anything on Google or MSN, I find results like normal, but when I click on the link I want to go to, it redirects me to some crap page I didn't want to go to in the first place. I have even had trouble finding help to begin with b/c of all the redirects. That, and I don't feel like sitting on hold for 35 min with Norton. I need to nip this in the bud, because last time this happened, I had to take the whole damn computer in to get fixed. I am not too computer savvy, but with good instructions, I think I can do most whatever needs to be done. Also, I have Norton, Avast, and Ad-aware that are supposed to be protecting my computer; so much for that. Ad-aware picked up some nasties and took care of them, but one, "MyWebSearch" refuses to let itself be deleted. I don't want to get into the guts of my computer without knowing what I'm doing, and my boyfriend would destroy me if I tried to reinstall and lost all his data. Is there a way to fix these things, or does the Geek Squad triumph again? |

http://www.get-your-malware-here.info
Which will display as: http://www.get-your-malware-here.info
Another method is to use the http esc char procedure to replace the ":" following "http" like this:
http://www.get-your-malware-here.info
Which will display like this: http://www.get-your-malware-here.info -- We can never have enough of nature. We need to witness our own limits transgressed, and some life pasturing freely where we never wander. Test your firewall. |

And get rid of one of those AV's (Norton/AVAST), having two running at the same time can cause problems. Pick one and stick with it. -- 11,468 DEADLY TERROR ATTACKS SINCE 9/11~~SARAH BRIGHTMAN SYMPHONY WORLD TOUR |
