i live in ottawa region an i am looking for a good CABLE service provider i repeat no dsl please i woudld like to know if it is good price and not rogers and also no cap or if cap a big like teksavvy's 200gb thanks |

Since you don't want Rogers, it'll have to be CIA. No caps, cheaper price. Don't expect much in terms of support.
