Running Trendnet 633GR behind U-verse modem, setup ftp

My setup is a follows u-verse modem-trendnet in port 3 of rtr of the u-verse modem, all my network working correctly, added my router to DMZ plus to get my ftp back up and running.

Can't for the life of me get it working again. I set my ftp up on port 30, my acct on DynDNS is set to the computer I am running my ftp on using IIS.

Can anyone figure this out?
Did I need to use DMZ plus on my router to do this? I also want to be able to access both rtr pages easily for modifications. What am I missing?

Are there advanced pages on the U-verse modem?

What did you set the LAN for your Trendnet?

Here is my setup

RG = 192.168.1.254 then my Linksys is 192.168.2.1 LAN but set to DMZ from the RG. So all PC equipment is on the 192.168.2.1

Any reason you want trendnet up? You can do FTP with the 2wire no problem. I had that working perfectly. Only reason I have the Linky up is for QoS for VoIP.

Re: Running Trendnet 633GR behind U-verse modem, setup ftp

I have many computers, running multimedia server, ftp, file server and a few laptops using the extended range of wireless n, and the extended capabilities of the router. I did finally get it to work, when I added the trendnet to the DMZplus it gave the rtr an and ip from the RG of 99. I wanted to beable also to keep DHCP on my Trendnet for my lan printer to be available through my network an for the internet network.

Ok now that I have that working, how to I get my ports forwarded correctly for Utorrent? Its already setup on My Trendnet side, what do I need the change on the RG?

If you have the IP going from the RG to your router set to DMZ you don't do anything else. That would make your router handle all port forwarding the RG does nothing.

For some reason its not. Do I need to set the dmz on the trendnet also, or just the RG, which I set the dmzplus?
The port on my Trendnet is forwarded correctly as it was working perfect before add the RG.

You just need to set DMZ on the RG. You have your trendnet on a different IP scheme then the RG correct?
