Well, I looked at the numbers a second time and it doesn't look like wireless is at fault. Maybe adjust MTU?
Hmm... but the numbers show that as soon as you bypass the router (Computer 3.2) all the download speeds go to 6Mbps.

Ok, MTU.... hmmm... so what should the setting be? I want everything to run wirelessly, no direct connects.

@rr.com

The wireless speeds drop off as you get further away from the router as to be expected. What I found interesting is how similar the wireless speeds are to wired Computer 3.1 going through the router. If the problem was wireless then 3.1 and 3.2 should be just about identical but they're not. That's why I think wireless isn't at fault.

As for what MTU should be at... I don't know. Someone else will chime in though.

I'll try that when I get home from work today.

One question though is. The MTU was set to "AUTO" right out of the box, could the router actually be adjusting it to a lower number based on what it thinks is correct?
