Increasing network latency/failures

I'm currently running a smokeping here: »/r3/smokeping.···1a2fb.NY

Can someone take a look at this and tell me what they think is going on? I thought I was having internal DNS issues at first, but pinging by IP pretty much negates that as the cause.

Any ideas?
