"Effective 7/25/08, these channels will move to the WOW! Digital lineup: Jewelry TV to channel 190; TBN to 193; and GEMS TV/ONTV 4 U to 194. And, TV Guide Network (Ch. 15) will no longer be offered. See enclosed line-up effective 7/25 for full listing of all channels available."

"Effective July 25, 2008, HBO, Showtime, Starz, TMC, Cinemax will only be available on WOW! Digital Cable. Please see the enclosed channel lineup effective 7/25/08 for a full listing of all channels available."
