the problem might be an oversubscribed tower but i had sugested this to the verizon help desk and they replied that he was not able to tell me the exact locations of the towers that were verizon.. most of verizon towers are old or subleased space off of some other tower... The other thing i had stated to them was i have the same service on my cell phone and in this area it also SUCKS... Please describe a " Marginial area".. i live in the center of 3 towers which are all withen 1- 1.5 miles away... i had parked under one of these towers and the service still is horrible.. PS.. Verizon also had offered to let me out of my contract with NO FEES.. The reason being is that i have unlimited service whcich they are trying to get rid of customers like me that stay connected all day and night.. Verizion the new dial up for 70$ per month .. get a cable modem Bright house offers cable connection real cheap with speeds from 7,15,20 meg connections... Awsome for the price faster than a T_1 |
