Some companies will custom your caller id for your cell. TM does it if you ask in certain markets, Sprint will do it to if you talk to someone that knows what they're doing. Generally someone thats been with the company for a long time and is based in either the US or Canada.

Also it depends on your phone company too having updated records and having access to others.
