That's like going to a car dealer because your engine's missing, paying them $125 to tell you your muffler belt's loose, then not bothering to have it fixed.
Based upon the info you've provided, the apparent solution would be to correct the dish mounting deficiency: braces, guide wires, approved pole, vertical mount, roof mount - anything's better than letting the thing wave in the wind out there.
