Jodokast96 : Well, you can get high speed cards that aren't SDHC. 133x-150x should be good, but make sure that's the cards write speed and not it's read speed. Some manufactures use the read speed since it's faster, and so you don't get the performance you think. A good deal right now is on the Sandisk Extreme III cards if you don't mind rebates. Final cost for 3 4gb cards ends up being about $50-$60 »www.calumetphoto.com/item/IM18363/. If you take a look at the rebate form, there are additional offers for different sized cards, lesser quanities, and other vendors offering it. A lot of times these cards come with SDHC card readers (all 3 of mine did). If not, they're pretty cheap.

Given that the K200D only has a 4 shot buffer, a fast card will be very important if you ever want to do any kind of fast shooting. Even more so than on somethng like the K10D/K20D, who's buffers are much larger. But you can still shoot at 2.8fps until the buffer fills. After that, you can shoot as fast as the camera writes to the card. The camera is capable of writing at about 80x (12mb/s), so any card slower than that will slow things down. Of course, if you don't ever think you'll need more than a couple of quick shots, it won't matter.

Jodokast96 : Either of the cameras suggested are good ones. There is also the K100D Super, which might be in the $400-$500 range, and the K100D for even less. All of them can still be found new, though it's a bit harder for the K10D. The K200D is the newest, but the K10D, though lacking one or two of the K200D's features, is the most advanced (but probably easiest to use) of this bunch. I think you can figure out the order of the rest. Since you have no real experience at this point, any of them should suit you well, though if you think you might start taking this stuff seriously, there might be a drawback to the K100D. The lenses you have will work without issue, though be aware they are just so-so lenses. Nothing wrong with them, though nothing spectacular either.
